senhor PRUDÊNCIO ends the year with a collection of awards and nominations at fashion film festivals
For the spring/summer 16 collection, senhor PRUDÊNCIO decided to go beyond and shot “The Ordinary Tasks of The Super Human” film. The proposal was to reveal the essence of the collection, which explores the idea of multitask modern man.
The Ordinary Tasks of The Super Human movie
Set at the historical sports court of Harrow Club, TOTOTSH movie features the American rapper Ojay Morgan a.k.a. Zebra Katz and models Michael Morgan and George Tarrant.
The movie directed by João Retorta and Filipe Penajoia and produced by Nicholas Vallechi (Heavy London) resulted in anexciting and thrilling piece that collected a couple of laurels in film festivals throughout the year of 2016.
The awards and nominations
The first award came in May, at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival, in the ‘Original Music’ category. A few months later, The Ordinary Tasks of The Super Human was selected to be screened at the London Fashion Film Festival. Another award came in September at the Fashion Film Festival, in Porto, in the Best Brand Movie category. To end this special year, the movie was part of the official selection at Aesthetica Short Film Festival, in York, which is a qualifying festival to the BAFTA awards.
